It Requires:
1. A penguin of some kind somewhere in the picture.
2. The sentences, "Get that penguin! Quick!"
3. At least two characters from any game, manga, comic, cartoon, movie, etc.

And they say if the picture makes you laugh, you are tagged to do it.

But I didn't obey that, I confess. No, I was moved to do this when I saw this: [link] and related videos. I drew the figures in my sketchbook, not in proper relative positions, then cut them out and double-sided taped them, in proper relative positions, to a page printed with a bit of a background from Iced Land in Super Mario Bros 3.
