Antrim Cliffs

Oh you people! I feel guilty about posting something when I've been behind on my devwatch and comment-replying for so long, but you people just keep posting stuff and talking to me!

And this is significant. My first real oil painting. It's based on a photo I took in Northern Ireland, and was painting for the purpose of selling in a silent auction at the fundraising gala for my uni's Center for Irish Studies. They're raising money for next Summer's Study Abroad so more students can go to Ireland as I did.

I did this as I was (and still am) in my first oil painting class, so I often felt like yelling, "I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING!!!" But with the help of the class and the tutorials in an art supply catalog I kept one step ahead of disaster, and I think it turned out pretty good.
